Concept of Scheduling in Supply Chain Operations:

• Operation Scheduling, its Objectives, functions, and types.
• Approaches to scheduling and Load Work Centres, along with concept and method of sequencing, performance measures, and minimizing scheduling difficulties.
• Theory of Constraints including principles, metrics used, Scheduling Services, Scheduling Multiple Resources, and Time–Cost Trade-Offs.

Project Quality Management System:

• Project Quality Management, its three Processes, Quality Management System's importance, Establishing and Implementing a QMS, and its elements.
• Quality Circle, its characteristics, problems, and phases, along with studying ISO nine thousand or EN twenty-nine thousand, its seven Quality Principles, and most importantly, ISO nine thousand series.
• Total Quality Management, its Principles, Methods, and Steps, along with understanding the Kaizen or Continuous Improvement concept, its types, and Cycle.
