Entry requirement
To gain admission to the Level 7 Diploma program in Human Resource Management, which ultimately leads to qualification for the MA in Human Resource Management, applicants should meet the following prerequisites:1. Hold an honors degree in a related field, a UK Level 6 diploma, or an equivalent qualification obtained overseas, such as a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma.
OR
2. For mature learners aged 25 and above, a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience may be considered as an alternative qualification. This alternative qualification is assessed on an individual basis.
