Hold an honors degree in a relevant field, a UK level 6 diploma, or an equivalent qualification from overseas, such as a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma.
OR
2. For mature learners aged 25 or older, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience but lacking the qualifications mentioned above (individual cases will be assessed).
